The first phase of Aivazovsky Park, the largest residential project in Pomorie, southeastern Bulgaria, has been completed. The scheme is going up in three phases on a 12,000 sqm plot in the city center. Construction started in February 2014. The first phase includes three buildings with 251 apartments and 24 garages.
Ninety percent of the apartments in the first phase have already been sold, according to news reports. Construction on the second phase of the project is set to break ground this fall. Aivazovsky Park will include 550 apartments as well as shops, a spa center and a children’s complex.
