The first phase of CTPark Sibiu II is nearing completion and should welcome its first tenants in two months. The class A park is being developed on a 9 ha site about 4 km from central Sibiu and with easy access to the A1 motorway. The first phase will offer 13,200 sqm of leasable space, of which only 2,600 sqm are still available. The remaining space has been leased by two companies. Project costs will amount to around €23m.
