Work is underway on Center, a new residential and business center in Trebinje, in eastern Bosnia. The first three of a total of seven buildings by the company Herc Invest are currently nearing completion. The multifuncational complex will have apartments, an underground garage, playground, sport facilities, restaurants and exclusive boutiques. In the project’s first phase, the apartments being delivered will between 35 sqm an 135sqm, with panoramic terraces and a swimming pool on the top floor. Center is located in downtown Trebinje and is being designed to offer high end fittings and equipment. The investor has already started the sale of the units.
