The first phase of Eli Park 1 in Chitila, north of Bucharest, has been delivered. The 20,000 sqm warehouse is leased to Turkish appliances producer Arctic. The company has already started operating in the new logistics space. The second phase, which will offer 30,000 sqm of space, is scheduled for completion in the spring. Eli Park 1 is being developed as a joint venture between Element Industrial and Dedeman Group. The project is being financed by Unicredit Bank.
