The first building at the Hermes Business Campus, under development in Bucharest by Atenor Group, should be completed by the end of March. The project, located on Dimitrie Pompei Boulevard, near Barbu Vacarescu Avenue, will offer 78,000 sqm of leasable space in three Class A buildings. The business park will be delivered in several phases. Colliers International is the leasing agent. Contracts have been signed with Xerox, the Dutch Embassy, Editorial Group Litera and Bunt Studio.
