The first phase of Iulius Town Timisoara is close to completion. The project, originally named Openville and valued at €220m, is being developed by Iulius and Atterbury Europe. The first phase will include 450 stores and 100,000 sqm of class A office space as well as a health and fitness center, event rooms, restaurants and themed cafes, a park and about 4,070 parking spots. Iulius Mall, part of Iulius Town Timisoara, recently expanded its retail offer with the opening of Zara Home and Oysho.
