The first phase of the residential project Metalurgiei Park Residence, located in southern Bucharest, features 700 apartments, of which 90 percent have been sold.
“Development of the first phase, Brown Residence, Viva Residence, Top House, is in an advanced stage of construction.” In 2016, construction on further phases will begin on this project which calls for more than 5,000 new units, according to the developer Sud Rezidential.
