In the autumn of 2015, the construction works within the second residential project developed by the Italian real estate investor Nusco Group, have started. This €13m investment will offer 374 units with two and three bedrooms.
All the apartments will be eligible for the government’s First Home financing program. Located on Pantelimon Street in Bucharest, the complex is comprised of four 11-storey buildings. The project will be developed in two phases, with two 11-storey blocks per phase and a total of 465 parking spaces with underground and surface level space.
For the first 180 units will be delivered in October 2016. Within this project Vitalis Consulting has allocated 4 professionals in order to provide project and cost management services, along with site management and inspection.
Citta’ Residential Park is the second project Vitalis Consulting is coordinating for Nusco Group, as it is also working on Nusco Residential Park, a 42-unit residential project.
