The first phase of Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV is nearing completion. Construction broke ground earlier this year. The first tenants are scheduled to move in August. Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV will include two class A halls totaling nearly 41,500 sqm of warehouse and production space that can be tailored to the individual needs of clients from different business sectors. Individual units are suitable for logistics, distribution, storage and light manufacturing.
