The first phase of The Office project in Cluj- Napoca was completed on Tuesday, delivering 19,000 sqm of class A office space to the local market. The second phase is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2015 and will offer 18,000 sqm of leasable space. Martin Slabbert, CEO of the project’s developer, NEPI, said The Office has already secured BREEAM Excellent certification. Deloitte, Three Pillar National Instruments and Yardi are set to move into the building soon.
Ovidiu Sandor, who developed the project in partnership with NEPI, said that 30 percent of the leasable space in the second stage of The Office will be earmarked for existing tenants who have stipulated in their contract the possibility to expand once more space becomes available. Once completed, The Office will offer a total of 54,000 sqm of space. The scheme includes a cafe, wine bar, pharmacy and restaurant on the ground, as well as a conference hall with 150 seats.
