Construction on the first phase of the Warsaw Business Garden is nearing completion, with a total of 33,5000 sqm to be delivered this year. Two office building are planned for the project’s first phase which will include eight conference room, a 200-room business hotel and service points. The project is now underway in Warsaw’s Okęcie district at the corner of Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets.
The first phase is expected to wrap in the third quarter. Warsaw Business Garden will have a total of 90,000 sqm of space, which makes it the biggest office project in Warsaw. it is scheduled for completion in 2018.
