The first phrase of the Business Centre, a new development by Swede Center in Warsaw, is scheduled for completion this fall and has a number of new tenants lined up. The bank CreditAgricole, for example, signed on for 4,000 sqm of space on the second floor of the building. Tenant negotiations are now in the final stage, said Roger Andersson, country manager at Swede Center.
The first phase of the 90,000 sqm project, totalling seven stories, will add 33,500 sqm of office space to the local market.
Business Garden is one of three projects Swede Centre has under construction in Poland. Its other two developments are located in Poznań and Wrocław.
