First Potomac Realty Trust has announced the appointment of Tricia Moore as the Senior Vice President, Investments and Portfolio Management. Moore will be implementing the company’s property investment strategy, including all sales and acquisitions and supporting initiatives at the property level to maximize asset value. Prior to joining First Potomac, Moore served as a Vice President in the Realty Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for overseeing the Washington, D.C. regional office. Her primary responsibilities there includied asset management and acquisitions of office and industrial product in East Coast markets. Moore graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and in 2008 received her M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
“We are excited to have Tricia join First Potomac’s team at a very strategic time for the company,” said Robert Milkovich. “Tricia’s breadth of experience, in-depth knowledge of the D.C. market and business acumen will be highly additive as we continue to de-risk the portfolio, deleverage the balance sheet and maximize asset values, which are the key tenets of our Strategic Plan.”
