First Property buys Maestro Business Center in Cluj

First Property Group, which owns an office building in Bucharest and two logistics centers in the surrounding area, has acquired the Maestro Business Center in Cluj. The price was not disclosed. Colliers International Romania brokered the deal. The property was sold by developer Omniconstruct, whose shareholders include Horia Ciorcila, president of Transilvania Bank, and Dorel Goia, the majority shareholder of Teraplast Bistrita. The project is currently fully occupied to tenant like Steelcase, IBM, PwC, Hewlett Packard and Global Convergence. First Property is a UK investment fund.
