Kraków Business Park, one of the biggest office complexes in Poland, has been put on the market. The project is being sold through bankruptcy proceedings against the Kraków Business Park company. First Property Group is reportedly set to take over the property, according to various news reports. The project has a loan of PLN 125bn on it, though it’s not clear if the selling price will exceed that amount.
