The first building of the Resi4Rent project, part of the Warsaw Brewery, has obtained its occupancy permit. In the all-purpose part of Warsaw’s Wola district, revitalized by Echo Investment, Resi4Rent has developed 450 apartments for long-term rent. The first tenants have begun to move in. Resi4Rent currently owns nine projects under construction or in advanced planning. As a target, the company will offer 7,500 apartments within a few years in the six largest Polish cities, including Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Poznan. Echo Investment, which also holds 30 percent of shares in Resi4Rent, is responsible for planning, designing and developing the projects. The second shareholder is a global investment fund (70percent), represented by Griffin Real Estate.
