Immofinanz Group secured its first retail tenant for Jindřišská 16, which it completed work on last spring, near Wenceslas Square in Prague 1. Deliberti plans to open an outlet on 110 sqm in the building. Eduard Zehetner, the director of Immofinanz, says a deal is underway with a restaurant operator which plans to lease 150 sqm. Negotiations with potential office tenants are ongoing.
The building, designed by DaM, features a vertical garden in the atrium with 5,000 plants and recently secured LEED Gold certification. The redeveloped historical building offers 5,900 sqm of class A office space and 500 sqm of retail on the ground floor.
