MK Group opened a Sheraton hotel in Novi Sad, northern Serbia. The four-star hotel offers 140 guest rooms, nine apartments and a presidential suite on 13,000 sqm. The property, the first Sheraton in Serbia, also includes six conference halls that can fit approximately 800 people as well as a wine and tapas bar, a restaurant and a spa and wellness center on the top floor. The investment is valued at €12m. The Sheraton in Novi Sad will operate under the Marriott International franchise.
