The construction of the first stage of the Centrum Poludnie complex in Wroclaw has just been completed and secured an occupancy permit. The investment features two buildings offering a total of 27,600 sqm of office, retail and service area. Tenants include AmRest, CH Robinson, Synergy Codes, Timocom and Coventry University. Centrum Poludnie is the first investment in Wroclaw to utilize green concrete. Along with the first phase, 1,380 sqm of anti-smog pavement has been laid, helping neutralize pollution emitted by cars. Centrum Poludnie is also the first office building in Wroclaw to receive a WELL certificate.
