HB Reavis has signed up two new tenants for its Konstruktorska Business Centre project, currently underway at the corner of Konstruktorska and Suwak Streets in Warsaw. The tenants are the subsidiaries of the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Group, providing products and services to the global aerospace and building systems. OTIS i Carrier companies are to open their offices in the first quarter of 2013, when the project is scheduled for the completion. The companies are to be taking up 2,300 sqm of space at the second floor of the building for ten years. After the completion, Konstruktorska will provide 48,000 sqm of space to the local office market.
