The first three buildings in AFI Park, totaling 35,000 sqm, are currently fully leased. The third building, set for completion in December, has been pre-leased to Endava Romania and Telus International Europe. David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania, said companies are looking for office space that was accessible by subway and surrounded by services and facilities.
AFI Europe began construction of AFI Park 4 & 5 in April. Completion is scheduled for October 2015. The fourth phase of the Bucharest project will offer 32,000 sqm on 12 floors.
