Globalworth has obtained BREEAM Excellent certification for Tower 1 and Tower 2, the first two buildings to go up at its Globalworth Campus in Pipera. Tower 1 was completed in July 2017 and offers 29,000 sqm of class A offices leased to companies like Amazon, Mindspace and Honeywell. Tower 2 was completed last April, totaling 28,000 sqm. The tenant mix includes companies like Stefanini Romania, Mazars Romania, Chain IQ and P4Cards. A third Globalworth Campus office tower is currently under construction.
