The expansion of Dutch-based developer CTP continues, with the company revealing that it has added CTPark Lviv to the CTPark Network. The city of Lviv will cooperate with the developer on the park, which is located in the Ryasne industrial zone on a 23 ha plot. The site has good access to the M10 road and offers connections to Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. Along with managing the industrial zone, CTP plans to build another 100,000 sqm of class A industrial space.
“Lviv is strategically located in the west of Ukraine, just a few kilometers from the Polish and Slovak borders,” says CTP’s CEO Remon Vos, explaining his company’s strategy. “The city has an educated, affordable and available workforce, recently bolstered by an influx of workers from Eastern Ukraine. The local government very much supports this new project, and we will be offering custom-built solutions especially for existing CTP clients looking to take advantage of this attractive opportunity.”
