Three new tenants have been signed for Warsaw’s Distribution Centre (WDC) and two existing tenants have extended their leases. In all, the companies are to take up 3,000 sqm, increasing the space let in the facility to 90 percent.
Auto Distribution, a car accessories producer, took 1,550 sqm in WDC ‘s logistic warehouses, IDS SYSTEM is to occupy 450 sqm of space at the complex, while Haldon, a communications services provider, was signed for 530 sqm. All of the agreements are to take effect this June. Warsaw Distribution Centre provides 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space to the Warsaw’s property market.
