CTP has recently further expanded its portfolio by adding five new locations: CTPark Sibiu (in Romania) and CTPark Holubice, CTPark Prague West, CTPark Humpolec II and CTPark Blatnice (all in the Czech Republic). This expands its CEE coverage to 60 locations, with over 38,000 people working in its network of CTParks. Adding the park in Sibiu has strengthened CTP’s position as a regional player, said the CTP CEO Remon Vos.
The four new parks in the Czech Republic lie between the country’s two main transport routes: the D1 and D5 motorways. CTPark Prague West and CTPark Blatnice are both located on the D5 motorway which runs between Prague and the German border. The parks in Humpolec and Holubice provide access to the D1.
