Deka Immobilien has signed five new lease agreements, totaling more than 4,300 sqm, at the North Gate office building in Warsaw. The new tenants are Emerge Software, Flying Wild Hog, Sigma Connectivity and two marketing companies, including Young & Rubicam. Located at 17 Bonifraterska street, North Gate offers 41,800 sqm of class A office space. The is an 87-meter building also includes 310 parking spots. Savills is one of two agencies overseeing the commercialization of North Gate.
