The 5 million square foot Miramar Park of Commerce has renewed 400,000 square feet of leases through the conclusion of five separate deals. The largest of these was with the furniture distributor Coaster Company of America. The company has run a warehouse, office and showroom in the park for 14 years. Bunzi Distribution Southeast, the food and retail distributor, also renewed for 76,326 square feet. The technology company BlueStar Latin America decided to stay in its 23,238 square foot lease while the document storage company Patterson Pope renewed its 4,503 square foot lease. Caterpillar International resigned its 45,000 square foot office and warehouse lease. The park was built in 1984 and houses more than 170 companies.
