Five star hotel planned for Jasná in Low Tatras

23 December 2016

A five star hotel complex is to go up in Jasná in Slovakia’s Low Tatra mountains. The developer plans to break ground in spring 2017 to build Damian Janá Hotel Resorts & Reside. The new hotel will target high-end clientele as there is currently a lack of high quality services in the area. With a construction permit at hand, the developer hopes to be able to start work by the end of this winter and open in 2018. The resort will offer 54 high end hotel rooms, 104 studios, and 18 luxury apartments, along with five penthouses of between 200 and 600 sqm in size. The largest of these is on sale for €2.3m. The developer launched the sale of apartments last spring, with one third reportedly taken. Prices for the flats start at €2,500/sqm.
