A total of five companies have signed on at Prologis Park Prague-Rudna for a total of 17,000 sqm, according to the developer. Albatros Media, one of the largest Czech publishing groups, renewed its lease for 8,224 sqm in the park’s Building 3. The e-tailer CZC.cz assumed the 5,792 space in Building 9 previously occupied by Digital Engines in a deal facilitated in part by the fact that both tenants are subsidiaries of E-commerce Holding. The German floor strips producer Döllken Profiles took 1,321 sqm while a Czech fireworks manufacturer. “Rent levels have increased significantly over the last two years and we expect further rent growth due to low vacancy rates, limited development opportunities and increased demand from customers says Kateřina Březinová, leasing manager, Prologis Czech Republic. The park in Rudna, on Prague’s western edges, offers nearly 250,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
