Dragos Cinca, founder of the electronics producer Flamingo, plans to break ground on 150 houses in Corbeanca this July. Called Flamingo Park, the 60 ha scheme will also include schools, a medical center, a sports field and a Mega Image store. Houses at Flamingo Park will range between 124 sqm and 228 sqm, with prices starting at €69,000. The project will be funded by Flamingo together with some American investors, Cinca said.
