Flanco, the second largest player on the electro IT market in terms of turnover, ended the first half of the year with sales of RON 600 million, up 30 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
“It is visible that Romanians place an increasing emphasis on price, in the purchase decision – both as a result of economic uncertainties and the decrease in consumer credit. We observe fewer requests, but also an increase in the demands of banks in evaluating the eligibility of clients,” says Dragoș Sîrbu, CEO of Flanco.
Flanco operates 160 physical stores in 133 cities in Romania and an online store with over 1,400 employees.
