Flaros wants to build a housing block in Bucharest

The former Flaros footwear factory, owned by Infinity Capital Investment, formerly SIF Oltenia, wants to build a five-storey block on a plot of land it owns in Bucharest, at 105 Ion Minulescu Street. Last year, the company contracted consulting services for building the block.

The total estimated cost of the project is RON 17 million, and the sale of the homes will be done at a price that cannot be lower than 1,700 euros/sqm, and the parking spaces will be sold for EUR 12,000.

Last year, the company had contracted real estate consulting services worth over EUR 200,000 for the construction of the housing block, which has a completion deadline of January 1, 2026.
