Flats at Dva Javora in Belgrade due for completion in December

A new residential complex called Dva Javora is nearing completion in the Mirijevo 3 district of the Serbian capital. Construction work on the first 28 apartments is expected to be finalized by the end of 2017. Two more buildings are planned for the project’s second phase and will offer an additional 56 units for sale by February 2019. The investor driving the scheme is HomeWork Development from Belgrade, with financing from the UAE-based Mirabank. Mace Group is the supervisor of the project, while Portner Architects from Moscow together with Belgrade-based Belgrade MVArch supplied the design and documentation. Construction is being handled by Samex. Apartments in the first phase are being sold for €1,140/sqm plus VAT.
