Central Group sold 629 flats at Residence Garden Towers in Prague 3-Žižkov. The project is currently 97 percent sold, with just 19 flats still available. Approximately 70 units were not intended for sale. The project features five 18-story towers as well as a five-story basement. There is also 890 sqm of retail on the ground floor, including a restaurant, cafe and grocery shop, and a private garden in the courtyard.
Flats at the high-end Residence Garden Towers started at CZK 41,300/sqm two years ago, with an average price of CZK 57,800/sqm. The prices were 18 percent below the Prague average for both new and secondary flats, according to Central Group.
