Slovak businessman Ivan Kmotrík is planning to develop 334 flats next to the new national football stadium Strabag is building in Bratislava. The residential complex, called Byty Tehelne pole, will go up on Bajkalská street on a plot Kmotrík leases from the state. Kmotrík was originally tapped to build the stadium. His new residential scheme will include two buildings, with retail on the ground floor. Flat prices will start at €2.364/sqm, a price reflecting the location next to a commercial complex that includes the stadium, shops and services.
