Communications, IT and medical equipment manufacturer Flex has signed a lease on 1,200 sqm in the UBC 1 office building at the Openville project in Timisoara. Construction finished in December. The building offers 13,000 sqm of leasable space. This is the second building Iulius Group delivered on the local market in less than a year, following the completion of UBC2 in January 2017. The Openville project is being developed by Iulius and Atterbury Europe.
