Portland Trust’s project Floreasca Park office project in Bucharest is now fully leased. Tenants include Allianz (3,500 sqm) and Kellogg’s (2,550 sqm) as well as Oracle BASF, Sab Miller/Ursus and Saint Gobain. The Advisers/Knight Frank, the building’s exclusive leasing agent, said the project was fully leased just a few months after completion. The projects sits on the junction of Barbu Văcărescu and Soseaua Pipera, 300 meters from the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.
