UNIQA Real Estate Management has started renovating Floreasca Tower in northern Bucharest. The developer is currently looking for new tenants for the office project, which offers 7,600 sqm of space. Heinrich Reuss, head of asset management at UNIQA Real Estate, said the company is interested in attracting tenants looking for smaller spaces. Reuss feels this strategy is more beneficial than leasing the entire building to a single company. Last spring, Oracle decided to relocated its headquarters, despite extending its lease at Floreasca Tower until 2016.
