Floreat Real Estate has acquired the Büropark am Flughafen in Düsseldorf for its Real Assets Global Opportunity Fund I. Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers will be acting as asset manager. The Büropark am Flughafen, comprised of two buildings originally constructed in 1994, offers 27,900 sqm of office space and 1,700 sqm of leisure and catering. Floreat and Cornerstone Germany plan to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment to further upgrade the building, which is also the former headquarters of LTU International Airways. The main tenants include ZTE Services, SITA Airport IT, ARVOS and Atraveo.
