The 49,000 sqm Florentinum office building on Na Florenci street in Prague 1 is now 85 percent occupied after Penta secured a number of new leases. ManpowerGroup, Farkasová & Partners, Dalkia Česká republika, Lama energy and PointPark Properties have taken space in the building. Starbucks Coffee and Bianco E Nero will also open in the commercial gallery on the ground floor in November. The newcomers join companies such as EY, Havel, Holásek & Partners, Weinhold Legal, Renomia, DTZ, Veolia and HBSC Bank.
