Florida State University students have a new housing option with the completion of the Domain at Tallahassee. The 125 unit, 434 bed facility was developed by Asset Campus Housing who will also serve as the manager of the property. The two five-story buildings feature a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom units ranging in size from 659 to 1,399 square feet. Located at 700 W. Virginia St., common amenities include 24-hour fitness center, resort style pool with poolside hammock areas along with resident lounge and coffee bar. “The Domain Tallahassee project is one in which we are wearing two hats—developer and manager,” Asset Campus Housing CEO Michael McGrath, said in prepared remarks. “We have developed the property and designed the Domain Tallahassee using our extensive operator knowledge for the amenities and units.”
