The University of Florida has selected Franklin Street to represent the university in all leasing assignments. As one of only two approved vendors in the state, Franklin Street will represent the university as a tenant for new leases, lease negotiations and renewals. UF leases more than 350,000 sqf of commercial real estate in Gainesville, South Florida, Orlando, Jacksonville and the Florida panhandle. Clay Wommack, Franklin Street’s Director of Office and Industrial Agency Leasing, will handle the new account.
