Flow East has appointed Jana Koucká as its first Heritage Executive with a brief to supervise the company’s portfolio of architecturally-important buildings in central Prague. These include Mostecká 12 (a 15th century building), Karlova 48 (from the 13th century), Ericsson Palace (12th century), Richtrův Dům (15th century), The Forum at Václavské náměstí 19 (1896) and the Hotel Jalta (1959). In her new position, Jana Koucká will work closely with Flow East’s architects and designers, as well as with the City authorities and heritage bodies.
Jana Koucká holds degrees in civil engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has more than 20 years’ experience as a project manager. She has worked with Flow East since 1992.
