Flow East has named its new build project at Václavské náměstí 47, due for completion in 2020, The Flow Building. The project will offer 15,000 sqm of office space and 6,000 sqm of retail where it’s widely expected that Primark will make its Czech debut. Now under construction, the project withstood years of pressure from entrenched anti-development groups who fought to save the bland building on the corner of Opletalova street that it’s replacing. Flow East has specialized in renovations of historical buildings and new developments in Prague over the past 25 years, but this is its most ambitious project.
