The Hungarian subsidiary of FM Logistic signed a lease on an additional 2,170 sqm of space at M0 Central Business Park in Budapest. The company already leases 19,000 sqm at the park, which is now fully occupied. CBRE brokered the deal. M0 Central Business Park is located on the M0 ring road and can be accessed by the Szigetszentmiklós exit. The office units are equipped with sprinkler systems, heating and plenty of natural light.
