Polish chain Focus Hotels, part of the Immobile Capital Group, has signed a lease agreement for its first hotel in Wrocław; it plans to open the facility in Q4 2024, the company said.
The new Focus Hotel Premium Wrocław will be located in the heart of Wrocław, at 19 Kazimierza Wielkiego St. The facility will have 87 rooms and suites of 4-star standard, a restaurant, a conference room, a fitness centre and an underground garage, it was announced.
The hotel is owned by FR Investments Wrocław Sp. z o.o., which is part of the Futureal Group, one of the leading developers on the European property market. This is Focus Hotels’ first contract with rent in euros and has been concluded for a period of 15 years.
“We are pleased with this investment in a threefold way, as firstly we are entering a new large market such as Wrocław, secondly we were able to quickly complete the announced project with rent in euros and the third reason is gaining the trust of such a large entity as Futureal Group,” said Focus Hotels Vice-President Łukasz Płoszyński.
At the same time, it is worth mentioning that Focus Hotel Premium Wrocław is the next step in the dynamic development of the Polish Focus Hotels S.A. chain. It is already hotel number sixteen in the portfolio, and the constant search for new projects is an integral part of our development strategy.
The Immobile Capital Group is a Bydgoszcz-based conglomerate, listed on the WSE since 2007. It has a portfolio of companies operating in industry, hospitality, development, clothing, automation and electrical engineering and industrial construction.
