DTZ’s Hungarian office team has added Nóra Fodor to its ranks. Fodor is an established professional who brings extensive experience in the market to the position, as well as knowledge of inward investment in Hungary. She comes to DTZ having worked at both the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency and for the private real estate developer Wing. She will be providing consultancy services at DTZ, working on tenant and landlord representations, as well as carrying out feasibility studies. A total of 65,000 sqm of office space was leased in Budapest in the first quarter of 2015, and DTZ estimates that of the 50 percent of this figure in which agencies were involved, it had 40 percent market share.
