Foksal City secured an occupancy permit this week. The project, developed by the state-run Polish Real Estate Holding on Trakt KrĆ³lewski street, will add 2,825 sqm of new office space to the Warsaw property market. The general contractor was Mermaid Construction. Juvenes designed the scheme.
