The One rented from One United Properties the 6th, 17th and 18th floors of One Tower, part of One Floreasca City. In total, The One owns an area of 3,500 square meters of One Tower, which it leases to companies on a flexible basis.
The Lemon Office Design company, controlled by Elena Oancea and Cristina Căpitanu, took care of the arrangement of the three floors owned by The One.
