John LaRocca’s Arena Real Estate has purchased a six-building portfolio in the West Bronx’s Fordham Heights neighborhood for $45.7 million. The 305 apartments covering 271,000 sqf are located on comprised of three six-story elevator buildings, two five-story walk-ups and one five-story walk-up. The units sold for approximately 170 per sqf with a average rent for the properties ranging from $1,120 to $1,383 per month.
